The Ancient Tree Inventory has received a boost of investment and the Woodland Trust is giving it a review in order to improve its digital capabilities and make it work better for different user types.
They want to know how you use the ATI and, just as importantly, if you don’t and why.
Tom Reed, their citizen science officer said:
"The Woodland Trust is currently reviewing how we can upscale and improve the Ancient Tree Inventory, and we are keen to get feedback from those who are using it and audiences who we would like to work with more to record trees. We have a broad range of potential users, ranging from citizen scientists, through to conservation charities, local authorities, consultants, specialists and professionals within the arboriculture sector"
There is a 10-minute survey that will help ATI work better with arboricultural specialists and identify future project developments.
