Next week we are returning to the Westmorland Show with the Forest Festival. We've got all things forestry and woodland in one place with demonstrations, seminars, exhibitors and advisors.
The Cumbria Woodlands team will be on hand to discuss our services and support for woodland owners and managers. You can also learn about our projects and training opportunities or simply chat about trees.
Our seminar tent has a packed schedule of talks on a range of topics on both days. You can stop by, have a sit-down, grab a brew, and listen to some great people speak.
We have axe demos from the Bwyellwyr Clwyd Axemen, wood carving from Greensmith Carving, demos from the Coopice Coop, and axe throwing with the Lumber lounge.
There are also stands from Eco Crops, the British Deer Society, the Lake District Foundation, the Hedge Laying Society, AW Jenkinson, and Tree Clear.
