Cumbria Woodlands is a small and friendly organisation which strives to be open and approachable to its clients. Cumbria Woodlands aims to provide a desirable place ofwork for its people and embraces flexible working to support individual work-life balance and wellbeing.

Cumbria Woodlands maintains an independent and impartial status, whilst working collaboratively with its partners. Cumbria Woodlands is accountable to its Partnership Board, partners and users regarding the outcomes of its activities.

Cumbria Woodlands is known for its relevance, quality, advocacy, interdisciplinary skills and networks across the woodland sector at all levels. Cumbria Woodlands strives to deliver professionalism in all its activities.

Collaboration

Cumbria Woodlands partners with government agencies, not-for-profit organisations, academics and researchers, and private landowners and land managers to bring benefits to Cumbria both directly and indirectly.

Adaptability

Cumbria Woodlands aims to adapt its service offer and organisational development by continuously evolving its approach and activities to the changing landscape to bring value to its users.
